Hello Bill,
I wanted to send a note to say a heartfelt 'thank you' to you and your entire staff at Hearth & Home. Our fireplaces are installed and we could not be more pleased.
You truly listened to what our concerns were and you addressed each to our satisfaction. Your showroom was fabulous and we got to physically see one of the two fireplaces we were considering. Scheduling was brilliant and quick (3 weeks away) and Darlene was a pleasure to deal with.
Installation day arrived... Brent & Matt were our guys for the day; loved them to bits! They protected my wood floors very well, they were polite and answered my endless string of questions (and put up with all my picture taking).
Friday the mason arrived. Brent (number two) and Tyler were true artists and the fireplaces began to truly take shape... it was exciting to watch them.
I could not be happier with the finished product, but beyond that, I was so very pleased with every person who set foot in our home and all the expert advice we received. Everyone who was associated with Hearth & Home was professional, friendly, knowledgable and skilled in their trade.
It was truly a pleasure to work with your company and I will confidently recommend Hearth & Home to anyone!
Sincerely,
C. Robson |

Dear Preston and Darlene,
Thank you so much for helping me with the aquisition and installation of my new Regency insert fireplace.
It turned out to be a very good investment probably saving about $2000.00 per year off the natural gas bill.
It actually heats the whole house most of the time (except at less than -25C) to about 70F in the main 1500 sq. ft. and carries the 1000 sq. ft. addition at 60F all with aspen and white spruce, running about 8-12 hours per 24 hours. Like you said the new units can get to 550F because of the acrylic baffle.
Even during the extremely cold weather it puts up a good fight. You can meet your humidity requirements using 2 bread pans to about 40-44% humidity.
Thank you,
Michael Frost |
