Most manufacturers offer a full 1-year parts and labour warranty on the operating fireplace. Firebox warranties can last anywhere between 1 to 25 years depending on the manufacturer and the quality of the fireplace.  F.P.I. was the first manufacturer in the industry to offer its clients a 25 year warranty on the firebox. We also highly recommend registering your fireplace with the manufacturer as this will help expediate the warranty process the farther out you are from your purchase date.

Hearth & Home Fireplace Specialties honors all of our manufacturer’s warranties. Labor is also covered under warranty for one year so long as we installed the product. Products purchased from our store but installed by others in a safe and proper manner will have the parts warranty honored by H&H FPS but not the labor.
